Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. rice (long or instant)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded cabbage
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add all ingredients except cabbage. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Place cabbage in greased 15 x 10 x 2-inch casserole.
    Cover with meat mixture. Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
