Easy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 to 1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 to 1 pkg. crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain and place in buttered casserole dish.
Mix cheese, celery, mayonnaise and onion together and spread over vegetables.
