Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Melt margarine in a small saucepan.
Add flour and mix well. Gradually add milk while stirring constantly.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
Add pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
Place potatoes and chopped onion
in a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Add sauce and mix.
Stir gently and bake, uncovered, an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and potatoes are tender.
Serves 5.
