Old Time Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices buttered toast, cut in quarters
1/2 c. seedless raisins
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Put toast into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins over toast.
Mix together eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, milk, water and vanilla.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with mixture of 4 teaspoons sugar and the cinnamon.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
