Dixie'S Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken wings
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. plus 1 tsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Discard wing tips.
    Cut remainder of each wing into 2 servings at the joint.
    Put flour mix in 1 bowl and melted butter in another bowl.
    Roll each piece of chicken in butter then in flour mix.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Make sure no pieces are touching.
    Add remaining butter to pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
