Cream Of Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 complete garlic cloves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. saki
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 small Russet potato, peeled and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Crush and chop garlic.
    Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over low heat.
    Add garlic and cook until just beginning to color, stirring frequently.
    Add broth and wine and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add milk, cream and potato and simmer 30 minutes.
