Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni (4 c. cooked)
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook elbow macaroni and drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix in large bowl the green pepper, onion and pimentos.
    Set aside.
    Mix (in food processor or mixer) the soup, milk and mayonnaise.
    Add to green pepper mixture.
    Add macaroni.
    Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese to mixture; stir together.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
