Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken, pork or steak
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
butter
1 can bean sprouts
1 can chop suey vegetables
1 c. stock
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
pinch of sugar
Preparation

Using chicken, pork or steak, saute celery and onion in butter.
Add other ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
