Baked Fish With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh or frozen fish fillets
    2 slices crisp bacon
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced into 1-inch lengths
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 tsp. dried, crushed tarragon
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and
    onions
    in\tbacon
    drippings
    until tender.
    Sprinkle fish with salt
    to taste and place in baking dish.
    Combine mushrooms, onions, butter and tarragon.
    Spread over fish.\tSprinkle with paprika.\tBake
    at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Garnish with bacon bits.\tMakes 4 servings.
