Aunt Dink'S Homemade Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several large heads cabbage
plain salt
boiling water
Preparation

Cut up cabbage.
Pack jars within 3/4 inch with chopped or cut up cabbage.
Add 2 level teaspoons of plain salt to each jar. Fill to overflowing with boiling water.
Seal.
Place in pantry or storage area for several months before using.
