Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. chicken broth
4 Tbsp. sweet butter
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 slices Prosciutto, minced
1/2 c. Locatelli or Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a frying pan (2-inches high), add butter.
As butter is melting, add heavy cream and stir.
Add chicken broth and egg yolks.
Add Prosciutto and half Locatelli.
Cook on medium/low heat until a nice thick consistency.
Add cooked pasta.
Top with remaining Locatelli.
