Southern Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. fish (catfish or other)
    3 c. yellow corn meal
    3 c. flour
    2 gal. peanut oil
    1 or 2 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice fish as you like or cook small ones whole.
    Salt and pepper both sides of fish; beat egg in milk.
    Fix a double layer paper bag.
    Mix meal and flour in bag.
    Dip fish in milk and egg mixture and drop in sack of meal mix.
    Shake to coat; drop in hot oil.
    Be sure oil is boiling before dropping in fish.
    Cook several at a time; pieces will float to top when done.
    Cook to golden brown.
