Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, flour, eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract. Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
