Emma'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    salt and pepper
    1 soup can full of water
Preparation
    In a large, ovenproof skillet or casserole, brown crumbled sausage, rice and onion.
    Drain as necessary.
    Add the mushroom soup, celery, chicken, salt, pepper and water.
    Cover; bake for about an hour at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
