Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 small bag stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, minced
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (condensed)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except stuffing, in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with stuffing mix.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
