Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
butter (size of walnut)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored.
Blend well. Fold in coconut.
Add softened butter, flour and milk.
Put in crust and top with rest of coconut.
Bake.
