Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    3 to 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
    Pour over stuffing mix in large bowl. Toss together well.
    Pour in enough broth to moisten; add beaten eggs and mix together well.
    Pack lightly in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes, then reduce to low for 4 to 8 hours.
