Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage
    1 large carrot
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 green pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dice cabbage, carrot, onion and pepper.
    Place in blender (ingredients won't fit into blender at the same time, so you need to do it in 2 to 3 batches).
    Add enough water to cover vegetables; cover blender and grate until vegetables are finely chopped.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
