Cranberry Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cranberries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg (large)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter a 9-inch pie plate (or decorative quiche plate).
Lay cranberries on bottom of plate; sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
In a medium bowl, beat egg until thick.
Add sugar gradually.
Stir in flour and melted butter.
Mix well.
(If needed, add teaspoon of water to thin batter.)
Pour batter over cranberries in swirls.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
