Chili Verde Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn tortillas
    Pam
    2 (10 oz.) cans whole green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten or equivalent of Egg Beaters
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Spray 3-quart casserole.
    Then spray each tortilla with Pam and place in microwave to soften.
    Line casserole with tortillas, if desired quarter additional tortillas and line the sides of dish. Split (can leave seeds in) and lay chilies on top of tortillas. Sprinkle cheeses on top of chilies.
    Mix eggs, flour and milk; beat well.
    Pour over cheeses.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes then at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with favorite side dishes.
