Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 scallions, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 beaten egg yolks
    1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and scallions until tender.
    In another pot, cook wine, tomato paste, tarragon, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Cook down to 1/2 cup of liquid and sauce consistency.
    Put in mushrooms and scallions.
    Pour over hot pasta and sprinkle with cooked shrimp.
