Applesauce Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 (20 oz.) can applesauce
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
handful of raisins

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar together.
Stir in egg.
Mix soda into applesauce and stir into sugar mixture alternately with flour and spices.
Stir in raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or less. Check for doneness with toothpick.
