    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda

    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped dates
