Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 egg, beaten
Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Pour into pan and sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top.
Melt butter and pour over crackers.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
Great for diabetics.
