Stir-Fry Nappa (Chinese Cabbage) With Sweet-Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 nappa leaves (use only white section, julienned, save the green section for other uses)
    2 red or green hot peppers, julienned
    8 slices fresh ginger, small pieces
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat frying pan and saute nappa, ginger and hot peppers with cooking oil.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Nappa is very tender.
