Rhubarb-Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced rhubarb
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. crushed strawberries or 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Mix sugar and rhubarb and let stand overnight in glass or pottery bowl.
    Boil for 15 minutes. Add berries during last 5 minutes.
    Pour in pineapple and juice.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Add gelatin and mix well.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
    Store in refrigerator or freezer.
