Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 (29 oz.) cans sliced peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 2/3 c. Jiffy baking mix
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In one-quart shallow casserole dish, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking mix and cinnamon.
    In separate bowl, mix 2/3 cup of baking mix with brown sugar.
    Cut in margarine.
    Stir in milk until moistened.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
