Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix
1 large banana
2 eggs
1/4 c. rum
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and press the slivered almonds into the butter.
Mash the banana and beat with the eggs and rum.
Add pound cake mix and beat until smooth.
Stir in sour cream and nutmeg.
Pour carefully into prepared pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 to 75 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
