Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended.
    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add milk slowly.
    Pour into a pastry lined pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until you can insert knife and it comes out clean.
