Sunny Carrot Salad(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in serving bowl.
Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
