Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. canned apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of cloves and allspice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 or 3 Tbsp. butter
1 pie shell
Preparation

You can use jelly roll pan or use tart pans.
Line pan with pastry.
I usually buy the Pillsbury pie crust in the box. You can make your own if you want.
Make sure you roll it out very thin. Spread red jam in thin layer over pastry.
I use strawberry. Spread cake dough over jam.
Bake until cake is done. Frost with powdered sugar and water icing with almond flavoring.
