Pork Chops With Hawaiian Rice - cooking recipe

4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 c. regular rice
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's sauce with onions
1 tsp. salt
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in oil.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
