Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope savory herb soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    2 c. assorted vegetables
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, blend soup mix with water.
    Bring to a boil, then continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
    Add chicken and vegetables.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
