Spoon Burgers On Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 large rib celery, chopped
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 buns, split
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion, celery and bell pepper in oil until tender (5 minutes).
    Add beef; cook and stir until meat is browned; drain.
    Stir in cheese, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire and salt.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
    Serve in buns. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
