Swedish Meatballs(To Be Made A Day In Advance) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the first 10 ingredients; mix well.
    Form 1-inch round balls.
    Brown in vegetable oil.
    Remove from frying pan.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
    Boil, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Arrange meatballs in gravy and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Reheat to serve.
