Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 lb. pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with water until fluffy, but not stiff.
    Add pecans.
    Stir until coated.
