Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar.
In small saucepan, put oleo, cocoa and water.
Bring to boil and pour over flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs.
Mix well and pour into 11 x 16-inch cookie pan.
Do not grease pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for exactly 20 minutes.
