Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 green sweet pepper
1 medium onion
1 c. carrot
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Wash and drain sauerkraut.
Chop up, fine, green pepper, and onion.
Grate carrot.
Mix those ingredients together.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sauerkraut mixture and stir.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
