Creamy Carrot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in pan.
    Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
    Add lemon flavoring and mix well.
    Cool.
    Beat until creamy and pour into pan.
    Cool and cut into squares.
