Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. cooking oil
4 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix in large bowl flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl mix eggs until frothy; slowly beat in oil. Gradually add flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Mix in carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Cool completely before frosting.
