Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. raw oatmeal

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add baking powder and vanilla.
Beat egg whites stiff and add last.
Drop on buttered tin far apart and bake in 325\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
Yields 4 dozen.
