Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and diced
    1 small jar mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until done; drain.
    Add 1 cup of cheese.
    Stir until melted; add the rest of ingredients.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
