Toni'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini, packed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Beat in oil, then zucchini.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix all together.
    Pour into oiled or Pam-sprayed loaf pans (2).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
