Elaine'S Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef (brown before adding with other ingredients)
    3 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed tomato soup
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic (or powder)
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    5 oz. narrow noodles (cooked as directed)
Preparation
    Simmer
    beef,
    onion
    powder,
    tomatoes, soup, salt and garlic powder
    about 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese and noodles.
    Pour
    into 2 quart casserole dish.
    Bake without cover at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
