Parmesan Cheese Substitute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lightly toasted white sesame seed
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put
all ingredients in a dry blender.
Mix until seeds are milled and ingredients are combined.
Store in refrigerator. Keeps for months.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
