Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. chopped apples
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Blend together 2 eggs, sugar, chopped apples, oil and vanilla.
