My Grandmother'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 large can pumpkin
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
salt to taste
3 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 qt. fresh milk (2% is fine)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift sugar with flour.
Add pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Salt to taste.
Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.
Stir in evaporated and fresh milk.
Add more sugar, to taste.
Add vanilla. Pour into uncooked shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn heat down to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Thick filling takes about an hour.
Pie is done when knife blade used to test comes out clean.
