1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. pecan halves
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

skillet, melt butter.
Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and nuts brown (8 to 10 minutes).
