Low-Fat Spinach And Chestnut Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 3/4 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    3/4 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 envelope vegetable soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Squeeze excess liquid from the spinach.
    In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise and soup mix.
    Then stir in the spinach, water chestnuts and onion.
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator about 2 hours.
    Stir before serving.
    Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables or crackers.
