Zucchini Cake(Makes A Large Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
4 c. grated zucchini
1 c. raisins (optional)
3 c. flour

Preparation

Blend sugar, oil, eggs, soda, baking powder and spices.
Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and beat more.
Add flour and beat more.
Be sure it is beaten well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
